The nature of the work performed by Translations & Document Assistance and any information transmitted to Translations & Document Assistance by the Client shall be maintained in confidentiality by Translations & Document Assistance and shall not be authorized to be divulged or published by others, except as expressly authorized by the Client in writing.

Confidential information for the purposes of this paragraph shall not include the information which is or becomes available to the general public, provided the disclosure of such information did not result from a breach by Translations & Document Assistance of this paragraph.
